Easy Citrus Smoothie
1 orange
1 lemon
1 lime
1 kiwi
(all peeled of course!)
1 fat slice of fresh ginger
1 lemon
1 lime
1 kiwi
(all peeled of course!)
1 fat slice of fresh ginger
1 Tablespoon of ground flax seed
Agave Nectar or Stevia to taste
Add about 6 ounces of filtered water and a handful of ice cubes and turn on the blender. Then pour and enjoy!
This will make a nice juice drink and if you prefer a thicker “smoothie” style drink just add a tablespoon or two of plain organic yogurt!
